Steps for free entry with online visitor registration for Indian Regular Visitor:

1. Click on “Visitor Registration” on the home page or Visitors menu at www.hghindia.com.
2. Enter your registered Mobile number
3. Click on Send OTP
4. Enter OTP received on your registered Mobile number.
5. Verify your pre-filled details that appears in your visitor registration form
6. Complete the Online Visitor Registration Form.
7. Receive your Visitor Registration No. and QR code via e-mail and Sms, which confirms your registration.
8. Carry your Registration No. or QR code on your mobile or in a print format to the trade show.
9. Present your Registration no. or scan your QR code at the Pre-registered visitor’s desk at hall 9  or hall 15 during HGH India 2023 to print your badge.

Steps for free entry with online visitor registration for Indian New Visitor:

1. Click on “Visitor Registration” on the home page or Visitors menu at www.hghindia.com.
2. Enter your Mobile number.
3. Enter OTP received on your Mobile number.
4. Complete the Online Visitor Registration Form.
5. Receive your Visitor Registration No. and QR code via e-mail and sms, which confirms your registration.
6. Carry your Registration No. or QR code on your mobile or in a print format to the trade show.
7. Present your Registration No. or scan your QR code at the Pre-registered visitor’s desk at hall 9 or hall 15 during HGH India 2023 to print your badge.

Steps for free entry with online visitor registration for International Regular Visitor:

2. Enter your registered Email id.
3. Click on Send OTP
4. Enter OTP received on your registered Email id.
5. Verify your pre-filled details that appears in your visitor registration form.
6. Complete the Online Visitor Registration Form.
7. Receive your Visitor Registration No. and QR code via e-mail, which confirms your registration.
8. Carry your Registration No. or QR code on your mobile or in a print format to the trade show.

3. Enter OTP received on your Email id.
4. Complete the Online Visitor Registration Form.
5. Receive your Visitor Registration No. and QR code via e-mail, which confirms your registration.
6. Carry your Registration No. or QR code on your mobile or in a print format to the trade show.
7. Present your Registration No. or scan your QR code at the Pre-registered visitor’s desk at hall 9 or hall 15 during HGH India 2023 to print your badge

Free Visitor Registration Guidelines

1. This Online Visitor Registration entitles you for Free Visitor Entry, only if you pre-register online at www.hghindia.com
2. Any invitation card received from the Exhibitors or Organiser does not entitle you for a free spot registration at the trade show venue.
3. Online Visitor Registration is compulsory for free entry. All visitors not registered online will have to pay Spot Registration Fees of Rs. 1,000/- for entry at the trade show.
4. Last Date for online HGH India Plus Registration: 15^th November 2023.
5. Last Date for online Visitor Registration: 30^th November 2023.
